Change Management A custom developed solution requires you to release new builds and update developed apps every time you need to make a change. This results in higher costs, in addition to interruption in services. Our cloud platform provides a wide range of tools for both developers and non – technical people to make frequent changes to the service, often requiring no new app submissions.
Time to Market Takes more time for mobile application to go to market. MiTM Platform dramatically increases speed of deployment because of it modular based approach and flexibility of its tools.
Partnerships with Mobile Ecosystem Players Not Applicable. Continuous operations monitoring and management Not Applicable. Because July Systems offers both build and run time capabilities, we continuously monitor all aspect of live services such as Live feeds, App performance, Video and Multimedia performance, Push updates/messaging, Payment gateways to operators/app stores as well as third parties, Ad network delivery and performance. If there is change in any of these aspects, for example when a new API is released from any given third party vendor, we do not need to change the mobile application in order to rectify the issue. We isolate the changes needed and update required components at the connector level middleware without having to rebuild the service.
Live Center & Customer Support None Provided. If required, you have to enroll via a separate paid service. Provided. 24/7 email support is included by default. Additional support such as phone support is available as per your Service Level Agreement.Continuous data center monitoring is also available during live events. A dedicated team can be available to perform manual monitoring.
